Santiago Museum
Using ceramics, letters, costumes, carriages, maps, audiovisual dioramas and large scale models, Santiago's history is reconstructed as from the time it was occupied by the Araucanos. As from 1980 it occupies the "Casa Colorada". It has seven exhibition halls.

National Museum of Fine Arts
Tapestries, sculptures, engravings and drawings make up part of its collection of 3,000 artworks, organized by subjects and by "ages". It is noteworthy for its exhibits of Chilean paintings. Temporary exhibitions are also organized.

Museum of Contemporary Art
This offers a cohesive and systematically organized exhibition of paintings, sculptures and engravings by Chilean artists, whose works reflect the country's cultural development. It also possesses an important collection of foreign artworks.

Chilean Museum of Pre-Columbian Art
Among its over 3,000 items on show are ceramics, textiles, paintings and sculptures that show the history and development of the Andean and Central American cultures before the arrival of the Spaniards.
